FAQs – One-Off Donations2019-01-21T18:26:55+00:00
1. Can I make a one-off donation?2019-01-21T18:07:04+00:00

Yes, we accept all donations of any amount, either through our website: www.creatingbetterfutures.org.uk/give or through direct bank transfer (details can be obtained by emailing info@creatingbetterfutures.org.uk) or by a cheque made payable to Creating Better Futures. Gift Aid can be claimed by all tax-paying donors.

2. Can I donate something that isn’t in monetary form?2019-01-21T18:08:26+00:00

Yes! We love all kinds of donations, however, we kindly request that at this time, we do not receive any more clothes donations to be sent out to Zimbabwe. Last year we were inundated with donations and raising the money to send these out to Zimbabwe can be difficult.

3. What will my one-off donation go towards?2019-01-21T18:08:57+00:00

You have the freedom to choose what your one-off donation goes towards, and this will be an option that is available on our website in the new year. If you do not specify what you want your donation to go towards, we will likely put it towards the feeding programme, where we will feed 1 child for 1 month for every £1 you donate.

4. Can I donate towards a specific project?2019-01-21T18:10:00+00:00

Yes! Take a look at our projects page: www.creatingbetterfutures.org.uk/projects and you can choose a project that interests you. There will soon be an option to donate to each of the specific projects, and we will then post updates on the website to let donors know how each project is progressing. Examples of projects include agricultural training, the feeding programme and water and sanitation projects.

5. How much of my donation goes towards the children?2019-01-21T18:10:34+00:00

93p in every £1 goes directly to the children.
